New operating procedures during COVID19 crisis
Everything that you can touch, e.g. toilet and sink area, front doorbell, door handles, payment keypads, pens, waiting areas and bannister rails will have been hygienically cleaned with anti-viral spray and/or anti-bacterial wipes
The treatment couch, stool and any other therapy equipment will have been hygienically cleaned and disinfected between clients
Couch table linens will be kept to a minimum and couch roll will be used and discarded immediately. Any towels or pillow cases will be washed at 60 degrees between clients.
Pump bottle sanitisers/dispensers will be in the treatment room, in the toilet and by the front door so that you can use this on entering the property and on leaving.
There is a space in the hall where you can leave your shoes and outer clothing as these must not enter the treatment room
I will be wearing a disposable apron, surgical mask and visor for each client and disposable gloves where appropriate
I would ask clients to also wear a face mask and respect social distancing
I will be checking your temperature and there is a health questionnaire which I will ask you to read and sign before each treatment.
One of the questions is whether you have read and are happy with the new operating procedures, so it will save time if you read them now in case you are not happy with them and you will have saved yourself unnecessary travel! If you require a copy of the questionnaire please ask and I will email one

- Please note that if the client does not follow or resists following the distancing/directions of the practitioner during the treatment, these would be grounds to stop and not rebook treatments.
